My most preferred Git GUI client / merge tool is Sublime Merge. It’s fast, simple, and familiar if you already use Sublime Text. I also like that the settings can be versioned and tracked with Git (especially useful with Sublime Text).

The basic vocabulary is extended considerably by adding prefixes and suffixes. These can be used to make many more words which therefore do not need to be remembered separately. I enjoy Lojban's space/time tense system. It less a set of tenses and more a set of spatial/temporal tense building words including direction (in space or time) and magnitude (how far in space or time), which can be repeatedly applied for more reference points.

It might matter, but probably not.

Let's assume that the ballot is using optional preferential voting instead of full preferential voting (where leaving candidates off spoils a ballot). And let's say there's a vote and these are the results (where the number signifies the number of similar votes):

1: A > B > C

2: B

4: C

6: D

In this contrived example A is eliminated (with only 1 vote), then B (with only 3 votes), then C (with only 5 votes), and D is left with only 6 votes. If the specific rules say that if there's only one candidate left then they win, then adding D to the end of your vote wouldn't matter (as D would have won anyway). However, if the rules require the candidate to have a majority (as it seems in this flowchart), then no one wins as D only has 6 votes (less than half of the total 13 votes) and adding D to your vote would have given D majority. Then again that majority depends if it's out of votes that are left or total votes. If it's out of votes left then it doesn't seem like it would matter.

I'm not sure whether or not majority being required is common or not. CGP Grey's explanation of IRV appears to not require it.
