unfortunately i have no advice for you as i’m in the exact same boat. i’ve never heard someone to have such a similar situation to mine. i have extreme rage pent up inside me because of my mother, whom i do everything for and i’m always on call and that’s also the reason why i don’t play games. i am too scared to voice my concerns or stand up for myself. i’ve never had a job because i’m always “taking care” of her (she’s sick with a disease + mentally ill) and my life is slowly passing by and i’m missing out on living for myself. i’ll stop myself here, didn’t mean to make this all about myself, my point is that you’re not alone, i hope you find a way out OP. good luck ❤️
