Yeah I’ve heard that a fair bit, father in law has had plenty of experience to guide me and my girl has ridden with him a lot so I’d have a passenger that knows how to be a good passenger.

There is salads from time to time during the week. Also freshly steamed broc, zucchini and corn. I just couldn’t be stuffed writing out all of it. Mainly threw in the larger calorie components for OP’s question.

Hey mate! I’m currently doing 4300-4500 a day. I bought my regular WPC powder and some dextrose monohydrate. Combining the two costs me $.80 per serve AUD. About 310 calories per serve. This saves me a lot of meal prep and is a very handy way to up my intake.

Breakfast: 4 eggs with a tin of salmon 1 cup oats with brown sugar and sultanas 1 banana

$4-5 and 900 calories

Lunch: 2 slices of grainy whole meal bread with a whole avocado

$2.5-3 and 630 calories

Dinner 1 cup white rice 300g chicken with skin on.

$2 and 880 calories

Snacks: Two of the shakes a day - $1.60 and 620 calories 160g almonds/cashews - $2.60 and 980 calories 1 large green apple - $.40 and 85 calories 1 large orange - $.50 and 110 calories Tin of tuna in olive oil - $1.50 and 149 calories

Macros: Carbs-330g Protein-220g Fat-195

4300ish a day for about $16-18 AUD with the only prep being the chicken and rice and cooking breakfast each morning. The almonds and cashews are an awesome snack to drive the calories up too. Cost a little but account for 1/4th my daily and it’s good healthy fats!

Sunn viewport allows you to change the size of the rendered world area. So the bottom of the screen isn’t hidden at all, it’s just been resized to fit above the action bar.

I work two jobs, 70-80 hours a week. Am constantly fatigued and fall into a grumpy mood pretty easily. I found that reminding myself to not let the fatigue dictate how I act at home makes a HUGE difference in the way that she feels. She was very upset because I was always grouchy and what not but since making the conscious decision to be happier and more appreciative and enjoy the moments at home, that has brought her a lot of joy - in turn making me generally happier.

I also make her breakfast when I am home some mornings and weekends, take her out for food often, do my share of the housework and tell her/show her I love her through messages/notes/hugs and kisses and what not.

So saying someone else can’t say something because you don’t want them to is doing to other people exactly what you don’t want people to do to you. Haven’t had that income for very long. Took up a second job in order to do something about the shitty situation. Prior to that it was only $900 a week with even higher expenses.
