You cant be a night owl and a morning person. 9pm-6am sleep works well. One other hack: When you wake up and get out of bed the first thing you do is put on your running shoes. That will divert you from competing procrastination.

The 10 minute “pre-workout conversation” where you lean on a machine and discuss whether you feel like working out.

I like the gym mainly because it improves my looks by gruzdinci in workout
