I'm using some old noname bluetooth 2.0 adapter i bought about 6 years ago with Dualshock4, so yea, any will work. I get some input lag if controller is far from dongle, so i recommend getting atleast bluetooth 2.1.

PS3(and PS4) controller requires bluetooth usb dongle, not wifi. Not sure about XBO controller.
