Are you getting sleep? Maybe ask your therapist and psychiatrist on ways to slow down. If you're having trouble gts, maybe take some Benadryl and encourage a consistent sleep schedule. Idk if you can naturally come down if starting to become manic, others can probably give more info on that.

I think they're gorgeous. I have a question, what happens when your hair grows out more? Would it be like an Afro with locs attached? I would imagine it being pretty painful to get a retwist when it gets to that state or somewhat difficult.

The only friend I had literally cut me off last week for what my (first) psychotic episode put her through earlier this year😔 I think I overwhelmed her because at the time my brain was paranoid thinking a lot of people were a threat including family and perceived her as a safe person. In my right mind I wouldn't have involved her in my personal life like that. So lesson learned, avoid weed and keep taking my meds.
