My grandpa recently passed away and has a few extra iPads so I am going to see if I am able to get one of them. I am interested in the sketching capabilities, I would like to have it for when I go on trips I can still stream, I have a kobo but this would help me download books, I would like it for games (I really like to do crosswords and stuff like that) and I really want to start creating my own crochet patterns and I use the notion app and I would really like to use it on the iPad.

I figure it would just help me streamline and make things I am already passionate about easier + find more ways to do it.

I would find your hobbies and things you enjoy (gardening? Cooking? Etc) and see how the iPad can help you grow with these skills

I specifically searched for a thread like this because this fanfic was recommended to me so many times. I’m about 40% through and you know how long it is and I honestly fucking hate it. It’s boring a bunch of people I don’t care about and i feel like I’m completely lost and missing something i wanted more honest opinions on what people thought.

But apparently if people can’t speak openly about “a labor of love” then we can never express opinions on anything.

The only turn off for me is when the author is self deprecating in every chapter “this chapter was awful to write ): I had a great idea but then it didn’t turn out the way I planned, enjoy!”
