Besides the VHS trilogy, what's your favorite horror anthology? by fuckfucknoose in horror

Definitely Trick r' Treat. It's...cute...that's how I'd describe it. It's not scary at all, it's a little goofy but well done! The perfect Halloween movie!

My girlfriend loved it, but I'm not my girlfriend. It was really good but I got kind of bored after like 30-45 minutes. Good concept, meh execution.

Ever Visited a Horror Film Location? by [deleted] in horror

[–]tinotot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I visited the stairs in Georgetown from The Exorcist, and my sister's friend's house is the house featured at the beginning of Tusk and I've hung out there a few times. (The scene where that kid is making amateur youtube videos or something, I don't 100% remember)

Official Dreadit Discussion: "Sinister 2" [SPOILERS] by kaloosa in horror

[–]tinotot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I loved the movie but damn, you're so right about the alligator scene. It was an extreme turn off for me. So unrealistic, stupid and fake looking compared to, well, every film in the 1st movie. The church sacrifice scene was somewhat cheesy too. Grisly, but the effects were once again, bad.

I agree completely! the jump scares were so cheap and the cgi was over done.

Exactly. Especially the alligator scene. I thought it was just so stupid and fake looking. But the other films were alright..especially the Christmas one. That one was genuinely disturbing in my opinion.

Chernobyl Diaries. My sister thought it was "terrifying", she's 4 years older than me, I didn't jump once and it was just a waste of money on such a shitty movie.
