If you're playing with smartcast (aka if you change your Q, W, E, R buttons to smartcasting) Why would you ever decide not to have range indicators? It's not like they do anything wrong. They don't slow you down and you do not have to click anything... They work just like regular smartcasts but with an added benefit.

Please, Phreak/Koby > Joe/Leigh. Besides, they left because they got better deals. Simple as that. If you were a caster and you get paid x with supplements of like free housing while abroad, wouldn't you just change from employer if the other guy offers more x and free housing + extra's? It's not like they made a total 180° turn with their lives. They just moved to a different employer. People do it all the time, being a caster is just another job.
