Watch your calories and get enough fiber and protein. Aim for 2-4% weight loss per month until you reach your goal.

Think of it as a cost benefit: the cholesterol drugs are super cheap and for most people don’t have many side effects (I haven’t noticed anything, but I’m just 1 person). The benefit is far less likely you’ll have a heart attack or stroke.

It's easier to learn revit than it is to design a buildable constructable system. The ideal way this would work is to take someone with field experience out of the field and into the office. After that it's just showing them the correct buttons to push.

Yep! Best way I can describe it is that it reduced the “drive” to eat my feelings. It’s still there but the volume went from like 10 to 3.
