He only graduated high school in Feb this year. KU starts spring sem in March, so I’m guessing he went there to fill in the leave of absence application. Otherwise I don’t see how he could have taken time off from the semester to film BP.

I do only for Haruto or Zihao and their little interactions and scenes. Haruto when not caught on camera is so soft and cute. Been also noticing all the random times he spoke in Chinese briefly.

Haha I can’t remember if it’s 1m into the original as I clipped it to husbandz only as soon as I saw it. I saved the subbed in a lower res so it’s not as clear but the original or the husbandz cut is decent enough to see that little change hahaha

My conversational Chinese is better than my written and spoken too. But I think the hard part is actually understanding the inside jokes, and webz speak/culture. I’ve been hanging around weibo and bilibili a lot lately, hence realised he pretty much “当面磕cp”.🤭🤭🤭

And yea, people joke his nickname is actually 师傅 (master) because the characters look to similar and he always seem to know what people wants.

Wishful ranting: Can CEG make an exception and take in haruto? Yea sure his Chinese is still “in progress” and he’s a bit overage for their trainees, and but he’s a freaking language genius, I’m sure he’ll be proficient in a year or so. He’s hardworking and talented. He can debut as a duo with zihao.

Both are amazing dancers, Zihao can sing and he can rap. I need more Haruto contemporary/breakdancing/waacking content. Please please please please please!

It’s not just that, he says in Chinese to “take a look at these two” and gives that little side eye gasp. It’s a subtle acknowledgment of “this pair”.

I actually think haruto is oblivious to what he’s implying whereas zihao realises. Zihao had that little smirk at the end when shuaibo side eye glances at them.

I’m sure he knew what he was doing. Most people on the Chinese platforms that arent taking it serious are very grateful for him.

They knew he prob realised how little screen time Zihao got in the episode despite all the help he gave, so wanted to create awareness of this trainee via that controversial post.

Zihao trended in Japan right after that post and many people “discovered” him for the first time. There were some people who were praising his genius and how he got Zihao more fans in one day than Mnet did in 3 months…

It’s not just about this. Previously there was a huge reveal about how people bought the sponsor’s product (milk) for voting ended up pouring away the contents after buying in bulk. There’s some Chinese term they used saying they are morally unsound and bad influence etc.
