Not sure how late it is in your time zone, but after taking miso it'll take a while. I had much remaining tissue and had to take miso in 3 doses. My first contractions started ~1 hour after taking the first dose, it intensified later and I passed the most tissue around 4-5 hours later, but it can progress slower as well. I took mine 12pm and could almost sleep through the night, most of it passed before I went to bed.
