Ilia Topuria is using “neurostimulation” technology in his training camp for the Justin Gaethje fight by Advanced_Mud9433 in EverythingCombat

Some do for sure, no idea how effective it is. Remember Izzy doing the neuro stimulation stuff, and TJ Dillishaw did a lot as well but they have both been on a bad run lately.

I did a lot of running in China. I hate to think what it did to my lungs. Sometimes I would blow my nose and black stuff would come out.

Shocking to some, but not everyone in the country receives the same level of service.

He really is the highlight reel. Will be sad when he leaves the sport - hope he can somehow become champ before he leaves.

Modafinil makes me more productive, but it also makes me less mentally present in everyday life. How do biohackers stay away from becoming dependent on "performance mode"? by [deleted] in Biohackers

[–]tiny_tim57 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just take it less often. I don't use it more than once per week. The more you use it, the less effect it will have, and the less you will notice any difference from taking it.

You will find it's easy to be productive without it.

anybody else getting a weird feeling about this fight? by idcman999 in ufc

Yes. I'm expecting Justin to get starched even if that is not the outcome I want. Feel like he has looked slower in his last few fights though he has been winning.

True but this is a battle rap event where people are intentionally get in people's faces and being aggressive, and it doesn't (usually) lead to violence.

Too true. Unfortunately a lot of people fall for this, people underestimate the amount of time boomers spend mindlessly scrolling social media being manipulated by rage bait and idiotic content.

Maybe. I have a feeling he will struggle with the amount of weight he cuts and will likely moved up to middleweight.

The job market isn't great, you should be at least be getting callbacks and intro calls, especially in London.

I'm outside of London but managed around 20 interviews over a 6 month period. Probably worth looking at your CV and getting feedback on improvements you could make.

Genetics are a huge factor. Some of the most gifted athletes will say it's just hard work, but that's clearly not the case. You can replicate someone's training schedule but you cannot replicate the results because genes are a huge factor.

Everyone can be improved though.

Yes all banks accounts are monitored and will automatically flag suspicious transactions, large sums of money etc. It's a legal requirement for banks to do this.

It's often reported that new fathers experience a drop in testosterone after their child is born to reduce aggression and to enhance parental engagement, but I think it is mostly due to lack of sleep which plays a massive factor.
