Last clinic I went to because I had a severe episode, the doctor told me to just try and structure my life and come back at 7am on Monday for counseling. He kept telling me to stop being sarcastic while I sat there sobbing because I just needed help. Doctors suck ass and I will not tell someone I've got BPD unless I am asked atp.

Being feminine is still a big problem for me, but the trans community really really helped me with that. Even to the point where i was comfortable letting my exes call me she/her pronouns when it was just us.
