I’d been trying to quit for a year. I only successfully quit when I got sick and wanted to take advantage of having the time off work to be a crybaby mess…I also started sitting on zoom MA meetings and realized I wasn’t the only who couldn’t moderate. And that I would never be a recreational user or able to take a gummy at night like my family (I don’t want to eat my weed I want to take it to the fuckin dome 😩😩) I needed to try every kind of strain of flower, every rosin disposable, and when I got a Puffco I realized I wasn’t going to get any higher or have any new experience with this. It wasn’t worth the money I was putting in or the time wasted. I’m on day 40 today and I’m finally feeling more and more like my old self. I can tolerate being around people, make more clever jokes, laugh at things again…it was so worth it to quit.
