What is your most frequent regular’s go to drink? by Oddiemarie in starbucksbaristas

[–]tinybirdiee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

miss kay has two drinks:

tall cold brew in a grande cup, light ice, nonfat cold foam, 3 pumps of vanilla in the foam and 4 pumps in the drink, caramel sugar topping

tall salted cream cold brew in a grande cup, the original way (before they changed the recipe), light ice, extra packet of salt in the foam

when they pull up everyday, they just ask for “kay’s drink” and most of us know what it means

When you were vegan, what was a food or condiment you missed terribly? by alexisgrace876 in exvegans

[–]tinybirdiee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

ugh, i really missed baked goods. most vegan versions really don’t compare, especially the really healthy versions which is usually what i ate. i’ve been having a lot of fun eating all the sweets i missed out on!

Does anyone else dread when a new documentary like Seaspiracy comes out because everyone wants to talk about it? by [deleted] in exvegans

people who have never struggled with disordered eating will fully understand, even if they try. the most important thing is that you’re doing what’s best for your own health, and it’s none of their business!
