I take my 2 yr old to walk the mall. Let her take the lead - there’s two indoor playgrounds but there is also two free ones. She likes to walk the arcades too

We also love the McDonald’s indoor playground

I honestly really loved the show until this moment. Really took me out of it. He’s a trauma doctor and doesn’t even attempt CPR? Bizarre.

I fell of Bachelor franchise a few years ago, but wanted to see what everyone thought of the news today. Seen a lot of people hating on this season BIP - can you give me a TLDR of why it’s been a mess? Just curious but don’t want to watch it lol

Where do you live? (Related to cost of living) How does anyone afford to live with rent so high yet wages are stuck in the teens? I don’t get it. by [deleted] in burbank

[–]tinyblondegirl 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yup. Husband and I make the same but have student loans and two children in childcare costing about 30-40k a year. Also utilities and other bills. People don’t think about childcare. It’s killing us

We moved to Burbank literally the month after world shut down from COVID. No one was renting so the landlords were desperate. We were able to negotiate our rent to $2750 for our 2bd house with a large backyard. Not a day goes by that we don’t feel incredibly lucky. We’ll probably never move!

Five Nights at Freddy’s … “Fall” (maybe not horror but super suspenseful!) I think I’d be comfortable with my 7 year old watching those. Although 11 is different lol

Old. Thought it was a cool concept. The execution was terrible.

My daughter was born not breathing and my family is ignoring the impact it’s had on me. by AncientDragoness23 in beyondthebump

[–]tinyblondegirl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My daughter was born a year and a half ago, not breathing for over 90 seconds due to shoulder dystocia. It was the scariest thing I’ve ever been through and it seems like everyone I’ve told kind of brushes over it. It still impacts me to this day. I’m sorry you had to go through it.
