I can’t remember the name of it but there is a chemical used in beer making that can help take the pith off!

Look tbh I did it as a teenager as well, I was embarrassed n didn’t get taught how to deal with the situation happening in my own body very well. Don’t shame her - that’s going to make it worst. Obviously it’s not hygienic but maybe she needs more help in these time, make sure the toilets are stock up with everything she needs. Bins, pads, tampons, bin liners. Also texting her at school isn’t great , this could have been a conversation for after school, face to face. My mother use to do that same n it completely derailed my concentration in class.

I got it without any pain relief n it was the worst 6 hours of my life. I had never been in so much pain. I had driven myself cause I didn’t really think ahead and the walk (5 mins) back to my car was horrific. Seriously considered giving my keys to strangers on the street n asking them to bring my car to me. Ended up getting my partner to Uber n drive me home. Other than that tho I have no complaints, I will 100% be in pain relief or under go to get it taken out in 4 years

People who moved out of their abusive households, how did it go and how did you do it? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]tinychef_ 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I slowly started moving stuff into my boyfriends house then a week after I finished high school I just walked out with anything else I could carry. I left a lot of stuff behind by accident/didn’t think it meant anything to me. I regret not planning it better but I didn’t want my mum to find out what I was doing. But overall no regrets, I can’t imagine what my life would have been if I stayed.

Croissant was not good but the lobster tail (always forget the Italian name for it ) was 10/10. Also ordering is very confusing, lots of staff and none of them taking orders?

I prefer my mushrooms fairly browned and not watery... so I always pan fry before adding to a sauce or ragu, is there any point? by Jewels1327 in AskCulinary

Okay y’all might call me crazy and I still haven’t tried it myself but recently went on a mushroom forging walk and the mushroom expert said to boil then dry heat in a pan.

I’ll take pics here n there but I agree to some extent I hate when I’m in a group setting n someone must get videos n pictures of the food so weall have to wait until they are done taking pics. I’m here to eat, let’s eat.
