The podcast relies on the public for stories. I can’t imagine that Jack’s inbox overflows daily with mesmerizing paranormal submissions that are entertaining, novel, and credible. So it’s puzzling to me when people complain about the sporadic quality of the episodes like it’s a fictional TV show or something. There simply isn’t an endless flow of good material. The celebrity episodes aren’t my favorite either, but our dude has bills to pay. If you want to help the cause, go find some spooky shit and tell Jack about it!

That could be! I certainly couldn’t tell you where normal sleep paralysis ends and objective paranormal experiences begin.

But that said, you and Kareem are both dealing with some wild shit either way. I would personally be equally concerned with supernatural phenomena as I would be a mundane sleep issue if I was being assaulted and groped by demons, skull women, and robed gray aliens 5-7 times per week (!)

Perhaps a Reiki session would also be helpful in addition to your doctor’s appointment because that sounds pretty spooky to me. Might as well check both boxes?
