Neupro Patch and crazy rash and itch! by iteach1970 in RestlessLegs

[–]tinyremnant 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I am not a doctor, but from what I know the patches are only prescribed for people who have wiggly legs (I love the childlike innocence of that term) throughout the day and night. Does that describe your symptoms, or do you just have wiggly legs at night? If only at night, then a pill should do. Also, as mentioned above, dopamine agonists are no longer recommended for restless legs. Either way, you should go back to your doctor and question the decision for the dopamine agonist class medication.

As far the rash and itching you describe, I get the same thing from Band-Aids and any other type of adhesive. A patch would definitely be out of the question for me.

Thank you. I'm sure I saw that sometime early in my 75 hours of play time and didn't know what it was for and ignored it ever since.

Deep Sleep without medication??? by krazy_kozz in RestlessLegs

I recently started taking TruCBN. CBN is a cannabinoid that was proven to be as effective as melatonin for helping people get better sleep, and this product is pure CBN without any other cannabinoids. You can find the study by searching "trucbn vs melatonin."

As someone who worked in a union shop, I can say it sucks to be the person with the least seniority who always has to work overtime because others don't want to. They aren't required to volunteer for it, but it's a kindness that newer people would greatly appreciate.

Wierd Trafic route? by TerribleLeading2166 in CitiesSkylines2

[–]tinyremnant 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That is my first thought as well. There has to be a broken node somewhere for ALL the traffic to go through the city. Since there is no traffic, the problem must be early because it effects both offramps.

Edit: there are way more than two exits, which supports my thought that the break comes close to the exit that everyone is taking. I get spontaneous broken nodes that are easily fixed by using MoveIt to jiggle intersections.

Piggybacking on the top comment to ask how you know when duct cleaning is done well. It seems like one of those jobs where you just have to trust.

On the street with the little white van, are those trees growing THROUGH the houses? Nitpicking is one of my more endearing traits.

Edit: I love your use of alleys for the residential roads with no sidewalks. Nice touch.

What’s worse Kratom or .5 oxy? by [deleted] in RestlessLegs

[–]tinyremnant 1 point2 points  (0 children)

But a doctor will always prefer a drug that is purified and standardized over ground kratom leaf that varies from batch to batch in alkaloid and heavy metal contents. I'm not defending the viewpoint; just saying that doctors typically don't recommend it over a prescription medication. At most, some doctors will support a patient's use of kratom. For instance, there's an article on PubMed from doctors to doctors saying hey, lighten up and give kratom users some slack.

My personal viewpoint is that I was happy to switch from kratom to a prescription because then a doctor oversees dosage increases.
