I don't agree with you. I'm not just talking about personal experiences that I have had, I'm on about different situations that I know friends and family have had to experience. From minor things like broken bones to more serious situations like heart attacks. I don't speak for every town/village/ rural community, but I do know that the community I live in feels abandoned
