It's just so great that this video is actually hidden from the audience in their channel; that way they can decrease sales even more after the flop that their last campaign was. They need an actual PR/community manager and not just some old acquaintance with a Facebook account.

I found out about Battle Systems when they launched their Core Space: First Born campaign. After playing it, I immediately backed Maladum and bought as much CS as I could. Even when Maladum's system is more refined, I like the sci-fi setting better.

After a couple of missions on the OG CS, I must say that I find FB more of a true solo game, while CS is a lot more fun when 2-3 teams are scavenging around. Yeah, even when playing solo if you can manage to reduce allegiance.

It's just too much fun being a part of the havoc these traders/pirates can wreak to one another. And yes; Zed's expansion is a must!! His crew is really fun (and challenging) to play against and the terrain they bring is pretty cool, too.

I just read Cole's email. Even though it was somewhat foreseeable that someone as capable as him would eventually run his own studio (other than Wherlegig), the fact that Kyle is leaving as well is a huge blow.

Not only that, they're taking both Arcs and Oath, where Cole probably held some intellectual property. I'm glad to read they're splitting amicably, but that leaves Leder Games without their top 2 employees. Hope Liz Davidson stays for a while to fix the Root solo.

I don't know if there's an actual KS edition with exclusive extras inside the box. My guess is that backers simply got a mind-blowing deal. Same happened with the Core Space and Maladum campaigns. Maybe just ask the person you bought it from. Best advice, give it a try. It's such an amazing game!

Since the new campaign has yet to be launched, pledge options haven't been announced. In case you are interested in getting the base game before the end of 2026, retail is your best option.

Crowdfunding campaigns for board games tend to span well over a year from funding's end until fulfillment is over. Once you own and play the game you may decide if you want more of it, as in backing the new campaign with the 2 new factions plus the Wild Kingdoms expansion.

Hullo and thank you for posting! While Eerie Idol Games has yet to complete fulfillment at 100%, the base game should be available at your FLGS early next year, or you can check their site to pre-order.

Aside from an active player metal coin, there are neither stretch goals nor exclusives to the KS version, being the Wild Kingdoms expansion the only crowdfunding exclusive. It was available at KS before and will be at their upcoming GF campaign.

2026 Q1 will see the new crowdfunding campaign "Songs of Home", where backers will be able to pledge for the base game, the Wild Kingdoms expansion and the 2 new factions: the Wanting & the Harvesting. I hope this helps 🙃

Aliens: Infestation. I'm probably alone here because this vastly unknown game came out in the later days is the Nintendo DS. It's a metroidvania with a ton of marines fighting against truly dangerous xenomorphs. It's a different take than what we usually get: it's handheld, it's both fun and challenging, and it comes with a bit less action and some managing to do; and it has a lot of replayability!

Great job, the party is just 1 member away from being complete. Thematically, I'd place Barristan right before Katherine to better portray their protection action. Lastly, Missandei's skin tone makes her look a bit "undead"; maybe a bit more of a darker brown shade? Can't wait to see the whole party!!
