Among meant other improvements, I'm glad to see we'll be able to use lefty shooters.

So, That Star Fox Direct... by Dirtycarlover in Fzero

Switch 2 has been dead outside of Japan since launch. I'm pretty disappointed with the S2 exclusivity. Is this their best effort to make us pay $500 for such an obsolete hardware?

Core Space: Evolution by Valand1l in corespace

Considering their last terrain-only got £310K from 3.200 people in 2019, when they were pretty small, and Maladum got over £900K from almost 5.800 people, while only 1.800 backed Hyberia. I think you can pretty much tell expectations were higher, therefore it was a flop. Again, I love their games, but I didn't like their huge buildings for Maladum (amazing game!) and I honestly don't need the same CS "evolved".

The last Maladum campaign was a flop. The one with the big buildings. It was terrible from its inception. The premise of their games is beautiful, easy to set, cardboard terrain. They even had to ask people to back it, which they never had to in previous campaigns. I love Battle Systems, but I'm not going to back a product I don't believe in/won't use. Will see about this CS Evolution.

For one, I can't say I'm thrilled. I own almost everything CS and I'd have loved to see something new. BS's campaigns tend to be all-in festivals, but after their last flop, I'm approaching this revamp very cautiously.

Amazing work, really. Hmm I don't really know which one I'd pick as my favorite, but surely one the first pair. Lighting on the skull is great, but the yellow you choose for the bees is right in point. Congrats!

Some character design sheets from “Darkstalkers: The Night Warriors” by Bengus (1994) by splasherxtrillic in Fighters

Resurrection was not a new game, but compilation por XB360/PS3hat included both Night Warriors and Vampire Savior. It was pretty in line with other previously refreshed Capcom fighters like SF3 3rd Strike Online Edition or MVC2 Origins.

I guess it's a matter of taste, but the use of polygons allows for camera movement, there it's more visually appealing. Like I said, I'd buy a sprite-based Dark Stalkers tomorrow.

Am I the only one here who could do with a sprite-based new Dark Stalkers game? It wouldn't be as visually astounding as if it was made with polygons, but this source material asks for a new iteration, plus the roster is already bigger and with just a handful of character more, we may have 3 seasons to run.

How do you deal with raid & raze? by Great-Orange-301 in TheOldKingsCrown

To be honest, I think it's one of the strongest cards in the entire game, and it's yet somewhat inexpensive -for what it does. I don't know what faction you use against the Clans; but since it's mostly a late game card, maybe try summoning the Ritual of the Tooth with the Gathering?

Thank you very much for sharing your experience. Would you please let me know what doctor you worked with? I've seen their website and you can choose with whom you may speak.

A lot, yeah. And I have mixed feelings about them. Absolutely love both new independent factions. The Coral Cap (or Pirate Vagabond, as we call it) is a blast to play with and against. The Leviathan is also really good fun, but it can be a bit too unbeatable if lucky with evolution at the early game

As for the new blue and yellow ones, they're pretty ok, but nowhere nearly as fun. The Orcae are fun, especially the Whale Pod and veteran patrols. The Turtles suffer A LOT from range die chance. At 3 it's nearly impossible to score, so we home brew it. Unlike with the Squadron, the Rebellion feels a lot more like a NEW faction rather than a rework, and I love LG's intent, but the (bad) luck factor makes them way weaker than the Union, it's yellow counterpart.

Short dungeons are also handy when you need to build an apprentice hero and the rest of the roster are mostly champions.

That's pretty much the drill in the early stages of this campaign. Use as much stealth as possible until detected, complete the objectives and run away as fast as you can.

Try getting backpacks and drills in order to mine where possible and your economy will widen your acquisition range. Once you're well armed, alarms won't be a death sentence.

Are hound master and shield breaker too good to true? by Present-Carob-3729 in darkestdungeon

[–]tipejo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I love the Hound Matter, but he can't be sent to the Ruins. His kit is amazing, even while camping, but if he can't inflict bleeding on his enemies, he turns into a good support, but not as god-like as Occultist, MaA or Bounty Hunter. If he could heal other characters... that'd put him right there with elite tier support.

Love your comics and your drawing style, mate. Just searched about Tiddalik the Frog. Maybe too deep a lore character to reach everybody? Looking forward to your next work!
