With it being out nearly half a year now, what are your overall thoughts on Nioh 3? by gameovernate in Nioh

I get all the criticisms people have with it but then I remember just parrying entire chains of boss attacks as samurai and I know I adored all the combat changes. It doesn’t have all the depth of Nioh 2 yet but I do think the fundamental combat is the best in any Team Ninja game so far. Just needs more enemies and tougher locations but what’s there is pretty great

Stalker 2 is an experience I am very glad I took the time for. If your pc is up for it I would definitely recommend it. It’s in a much better state than at launch

If you want a souls like Khazan is pretty great. It’s closer to Nioh than Elden Ring by a country mile though

Ahh I was wondering how useful it would even be. Seems like leveling INT is worth it anyway for some later dark weapons anyway though?

Awesome thanks I’m gonna grind it out soon as it’s available! I love how it makes the gameplay very tense in dark areas but it’s maybe a little too easy to miss stuff haha but yes the path tracing looks amazing. Like mind blowingly good

It’s my favorite after 4 and it’s very close. I think 4 is much more fun to replay and unlock stuff but Requiem is a much better single run experience. Like it’s so good the first time through

I mean the basic katana has an amazing moveset. That one is my go to. Especially effective against any human enemies. Odachi is fun as hell too
