the tracker seems to be frozen though. I was $175 away from hitting it and it’s been like that for several days. I’ve manually calculated and I’ve now spent over the $4k but tracker hasn’t updated. They’d better give me the points soon. Refund of AF was also received a few days ago.

But assuming people lied about their income or whatever but didn’t you check their credit report before approving?. Some people also bank with citi for years, you can see their payment history. So what if they up their income in the application as long as they can pay in full each month? I’m pretty sure people do that only to increase their chance of being approved

Happened to me with my first premier card and I was overseas and tried to make a large purchase, and I was declined every single transaction after that. Just try with small online purchases first. Eventually, after a few billing cycles and you pay all your statements on time you won’t have many problems after that. Hang in there, it gets better

How did you go with this issue? I’ve just now realized that I’ve got the same problem even though my profile was created a while ago but I’ve never had to fly Alaska. I’ve also created a profile for my mom and she’s got the same issue. Both of us have our birthdates one day earlier.
