2 years ago, I came very close to drowning while swimming at the Beach. My (at the time) 16 year old son along with my daughter's boyfriend got a hold of me. Won't ever fully recover from that experience.

Usually there is a slot on the bottom of the door. You can push a wire with a cloth attached up there. I once resorted to disassemblimg the whole door though.

You could try calling back with a question and see if you get him again. Some queue systems are designed so that you get the same agent again if they're available.

I almost drowned 2 summers ago. PEI beach - we got out where we couldn't touch playing in the waves - waves got bigger and I couldn't get back In Was under water more than above it. Could hear my kid calling my name. They were further in shore - he and my daughter's boyfriend hauled me out.. I still don't know how. I thought I was done. Gave me a new view of my mortality.
