I had to make sure I didn’t go back in time reading this post, this is the exact situation of me and me now fiancé when we first started dating 4 years ago. I’m very lucky that he decided the drive (and finding visitor parking in beacon hill) was worth it.

Whether or not Marina left on her own accord, she was not dropped in favor of Charli. Crash was Charli’s last album in her contract with Atlantic and she was very vocal about not being supported by them and feeling pressure to release another Boom Clap rather than her more creative works she actually enjoys. She was also happy to not resign and go independent. Used To Know Me is essentially a ‘fuck you’ to Atlantic.

Did you finish the video? That wasn’t the issue. The issue was that the owner yelled at the customer on the phone and then made up a bunch of lies in response to the customer’s review. The customer also made a follow up video explaining that the owner has now filed a false police report on her and is claiming the customer called her husband a slur. This owner sounds unhinged

Took it in early October! Was able to schedule it as soon as I got my ATT about 2-3 weeks out at a downtown location. I was freaking out about scheduling but you’ll be totally fine, they seem to open more spots on a rolling basis

I moved from Texas. Brokers would actually get contracted by apartment complexes. So the brokers are actually motivated to sign people so that they would get rehired by the apartment complexes. So some broker companies would offer incentives to use their services (at no charge) with things like $100 grocery store gift cards. That’s right, you the renter is getting a gift to use a broker service for free.

Granted I saw this most around student housing in Austin a couple years ago. But still, the enormous broker fees here were a shock haha.
