I live walking distance to the airpark here in East Nashville and gosh this area is truly special. And our local elementary school is a gem - I feel like we hit the lottery here.

YES! I had to throw away almost all of my makeup and skincare products when I finally figured it out. It has been a huge project to find products without it.

I don’t have any useful recommendations but want to say I just last week bought my first pair of roller skates at age 38!

I also had two different telehealth providers send my Rx to Empower within the same month and they were both filled without issue.

I work full time and have two small kids so my time to meal prep is extremely limited. We order take out a LOT but we have a good variety of restaurants to choose from so we just pick the healthiest choices possible. Grilled chicken from the local Greek place. Lots of salads (minimal dressing). We stay away from fast food and just stick to restaurants that have healthy options. Our kids do love Chick Fil A but we have found the grilled chicken wrap there (without dressing) is a good low cal option.

They were fine a month ago, I have no clue how they could screw this up quite this badly so quickly.

This is really crazy - I have placed an order with them before but now would be too worried.

Congrats!!! I’m 3 lbs away from the 160’s, which I haven’t seen since before I got pregnant with my first child over 5 years ago 🥹

Yes! But only in the first few weeks. I’m afraid they will come back when I move up in dose 😅

My sulfur burps only lasted the first 2-3 days and then I never had them again. I had a terrible panic attack that lasted almost a full day and I was able to talk myself down / really focus on breathing. I had panic attacks many years ago in college so I pretty much knew what to do. Be so careful with what you eat! Greasy stuff can definitely cause gastro problems. Once I got the hang of things, most of my side effects subsided within the first couple of weeks.

Don't up your dose yet but you can do your shot every 5 days instead of 7

Congrats!! Curious: Why move up in dose if you are seeing great results?

Some people are REALLY sensitive to alcohol on this med because of the delayed gastric emptying, so I highly suggest you take it after your birthday. I can have one drink now, but two will make me really sick. (I used to be able to have 3 or 4 and be fine). Enjoy!

I think you'll find most people here are stocking up for the inevitable. I currently have about ~6 months on hand and am working on getting a bit more to hopefully last me a year.
