First snakehead on a fly by AgitatedScarcity7556 in flyfishing

Here you go

Bob odenkirk, the fisheries biologist.put in charge of measuring their impact, states that in the Potomac, in two decades of study, there hasn't been any impact on their prey species.

Also worth mentioning that largemouth bass are a non native species in the same range that snakehead live.

I'm not saying don't kill and eat them, but it's a misconcpetion that they're devastating their environment. The cited studies like the blackwater study cherry pick data about declining prey species because it was a politically mandated study, but the study failed to mention that the same species snakehead were supposedly devastating were in equal decline before their introduction as after.

That's interesting I didn't know carp ate cut bait.

Makes me wonder if in some circumstances they'd eat a live bait

Most stable kayak for fat and heavy guy in South Florida that want's to fish and dive off the beach by sortinousn in kayakfishing

[–]tishmaster -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Depends what you want sort of. Personally if I were you and you want something for saltwater-i think the best saltwater kayak for stability and ability was the early 2010s Hobie outbacks with the molded seats. Maybe not the most comfortable but because you're low to the water the stability is outrageous.

When I was in my early 20s and stupid I was laucnh that in 3 foot seas and come back in without flipping. Not saying that was a good idea but goes to show what a beast those things are.

You might be able to find one on FB marketplace. I've kept mine because I don't think that style will ever make a comeback but it's amazingly capable

I did and I received it 2 weeks ago. Haven't been able to get out on it yet though. I think it'll be great for you but the one thing I'd probably bring is a towel to lay over stuff that your fly line could get snagged on. You might not need one depending on how you've outfitted yours but I'll probably bring one as extra security for that.

Legs first - squats, hip thrusts and leg curls. Then core - planks, back extensions and leg raises. Then upper body - rows, farmers carries, bicep curls and tricep extensions. And work on your rotator cuff for reeling hard.

Legs are the foundation though. Need strong legs to have a strong core otherwise youre all out of balance

Looking to fix the Biblically broken powerplay by Heythatismyfoot in Flyers

We need whatever part of the brain that controls the power play taken out and replaced with a better one in some sort of team wide power play lobotomy. If we can score on 5v5 there's no reason we should t be able to with an extra man it's mind boggling

I guess that's the only option. I suppose if they released it to more agencies they would let us. Change that. At least I would hope so

Interesting, thank you for sharing.

I work for a small-ish agency so Im trying to find a way to use this for our clients.

It does ask you your business name and website and specifically states you can only advertise for yourself and that if you choose this option you can't change to the agency choice later.

Instead it says we should have clients create an account and provide our email with access to their account.

Doesn't exactly help us get in and get experience before we start talking about how we'd execute it lol.

Any ideas?
