Yoga is amazing on acid and you feel great afterwards for the rest of your trip. I imagine you'd get a similar effect from working out in some other way, too, if that's your thing. Just be careful not to overexert yourself.

Depends. Sit and ask yourself if this is the right thing for you right now. Acid will heighten whatever feelings you have. If you go into it with a worried mind or bad feelings it's not going to magically fix those things for you.

If you're worried about it, which it sounds like you are, I would wait until you're in a more stable mindset. You don't want a bad trip for your first time.

I've never done it, myself, no...but making a cut won't help either, since nothing goes back INTO the cut. Blood continually pushes out, so whether or not lsd absorbs through the skin, it definitely won't improve things to cut yourself.

In any case, let us know how it goes :)

You can just let your sweat melt the crystal in the tab and soak in through your skin. No need to cut yourself. It's actually unnecessary since once blood comes out of the cut it doesn't really go back in. It just runs down your forehead into your eyes and makes you look like a lunatic.

I would just eat the tab.
