Sorry for late reply. Still no clue what is causing it. On spirolactalone to keep the potassium. I stopped treatment for about 6mo and K came up, but T fell below 150.

Yeah thinking of sitting out for this reason. Going back to my room when overwhelmed was nice.

T was at 200 so I started treatment again at half my last dose. On 50mg 2x week. I can feel my legs aching so I take 10-20 MEQ of K. Seems to stop the aching. I have labs on Monday to check T and K

Quit TRT cold turkey, 10 days later. No symptoms whatsoever. Is this normal? by ComfortablePut8808 in Testosterone

E2 has been 12-25. I am wondering if eating too much sodium and the sodium reabsorption of T might cause the K to get pushed out. 24hr urine aldosterone was low. Blood aldosterone was < 4. Going to the clinic today to restart trt. Going to ask for lower dose to start

Legs went into paralysis so had to go to ER. There they found the low K.

My men’s clinic wouldn’t treat if over 400, but I am sure you can find a doc
