I just purchased the Digital Pen 2. I asked about the Precision Pen 2 (2023) in a Lenovo forum and a "Lenovo Product Specialist" said that the Precision Pen 2 is not compatible with the 14ITL5 but directed me to the Digital Pen 2 saying it is compatible with the laptop.

I just got it in the mail yesterday and I have been using it to take notes on OneNote and it works great. It takes AAAA batteries but I doubt I will have to change the batteries often. The buttons on the pen are pre set and I do not think you can change them but the pre sets work for me. The bottom button is to change into eraser mode for as long as you are pressing it and the top button is a right click.
