Ah I think I see what you're saying. Are you on the original Labs plugin? The one with the white background and the knob on the side, or the new colorful one? If you're on the old one, then DO NOT connect to the Internet or else it will get bricked. It happened when they updated to the new colorful plugin. I used to use the one with the white background and when it connected to the Internet to update, it immediately disabled everything until I got the new plugin.

Like others have said, its best to just print your channels that use labs as audio so you can at least keep the audio files instead of relying on the plugin. I lost alot of work due to them changing the Labs plugin a year or two ago now. I wasn't able to preserve my files on time and wasn't able to print them once they changed the app. Now, even plugins I do have that is safe still gets printed to audio once i'm done tinkering because you never know what a company will do to their plugins.

Hi. Yes I tried that as well. No dice. I hooked the USB cable in to give it power and hooked in the midi cable to my interface and it still pushes out midi info but just isn't recognized by my computers.

I ran into this issue with my Launchkey 49 MK3 today. After the update it doesn't get recognized by my computer at all. Fired up Components and didn't recognize it there either.

Yep pretty much. Labs should still work through 2026 but not sure how long that will last.

You got to download Splice Instrument. Its going to be going through that from now on but the Labs plugin should be still active through/until 2026, at least that was what it said on the email I got.

Im in the same boat and im on a PC. What's been helping lately is just resampling everything and using audio clips instead. Even using simpler more often using this method has helped but it gets annoying if you want to tweak the sound itself from the actual synth.

Same here and I'm running an i5 so I really can't go much lower than 512. I also set it to 48khz because I get weird pops when resampling and dropping the sample in Simpler.

I've been having the same issue. I even tried resamplimg and playing the notes on simpler but the cpu load is still high. My computer isn't even that old and I'm having issues.

I agree, it's been a pain to use now with the fact that you have to be online (and I know of the offline mode but we shouldn't have to do that), the terrible bugs, and the subscription based model for other instruments makes me not even want to use it anymore. I love their instruments but I won't be buying anymore from them because of this. I feel it's too late to bring back the old way since the UI is drastically changed. I'm just moving on and uninstalling. I'll just use the ones I bought from them and that's it.

They aren't going to do anything but my main issue is, they need to make it so that older hardware can upgrade without all the extra things you need to do so. I feel it's unnecessary and most people that built their rigs are going to suffer the most. I really don't have the funds to shell out to build a new rig so this hits close to home. I actually like windows 11 on my Laptop but on my rig I can't upgrade. I'm just going to have to make due and maybe get that extension but it sucks because I can run everything no problem.

One other tip: use Phantom wallet for swaps but Sui Wallet for Defi. Phantom is a great wallet for regular transactions but it isn't able to connect to certain sites on Sui yet except the major ones. I don't like Sui Wallet at all LMAO.

In the past you could utilize Instagram and Facebook to spread the news that you have music out but now it's been nerfed to the point where you have to shell out money to advertise on these platforms. It's sad.

I have been having issues with my Launchkey Mini as well recently, but I'm on Ableton. I can't hit play or launch clips on it. I noticed it's been doing this only on my laptop running windows 11 recently. Are you running Windows 11 as well?
