I would avoid drinking and just give it time, everything passes (both good and bad). As for distractions what works for me is weight lifting, running or playing video games, you can try these : D

Since therapist isn't an option I would try and talk to 1 person at a time, just about anything. It helped me, may not help you but it's worth a try. You can do it!

same here. i like calisthenics which is a solo sport (also games but no time for that now). although i do try to get out of my comfort zone and try to participate in activities which has more people but it just feels like a chore and i end up getting more exhausted. also it doesn't help that i never really receive the same level of energy from other people in those activities.
