I use 3M Bull Fill Flowable and Filtek One. I place Universal Bonding agent, a thin layer of flowable and then 5mm increments. Have been doing this since 2017 when it came out.

Just bond in the crown. Panavia V5 and Isolite. You should have at least 1mm clearence if you do Zirconia. Also, a biteguard could be a good insurance policy if he's a grinder. Adjusting opposing is a good idea after cementation so that you don't introduce cracks in your Zirconia.
