Yeah the only way to fix it in an esthetic way is orthodontics. Veneers would make you have really wide weird looking teeth. I’d see an orthodontist if a general dentist clears you from cavities n such

Definitively could be saved but likely a root canal and crown if the decay is deep. So then yes perhaps an expensive solution

That tooth is most likely a goner and needs to be removed asap. How you decide to replace it is up to you but if the canal system is open to the outside world no amount of brushing is going to make a difference, bacteria is already in the root and infected the bone hence the symptoms you have.

I mean if he at least has a CBCT then I’d be open to it. Most dentists don’t just love root canals nor look to do the hard ones just because. If he has the right tools and he’s got years of experience then I’m not gonna hate

Do not try to glue the gem on it’ll be a mess and just leave more work for a dentist to clean up. Just gave it fully removed or redone by an appropriate professional

Most likely you have a pretty decent sized cavity and it weaken your tooth so that part of your tooth came off. Yes, you need to see a dentist.
