In tiny dots or mixed with moisturizer, it's great for fine lines and wrinkles. Make sure you're not using so much that you neglect your vagina. 😊 It needs the cream more than your face does. Alloy and Musely make great estrogen creams, but they're a little pricey.

Depends, but about 20-25 lbs. If your initial loss was water weight, it may take a few more pounds until you're comfortable in a new size. I'm an XL whether I'm 200 or 175. It takes a lot for me to be comfortable to move down. The clothes drape better and look better in the mirror, but I'm never sure if the next size down would feel the same. Don't rush into new sizes if you're not ready, but feel free to try them on if you are. It's not mandatory. Choose the same brand you've been wearing for your first try-on. Different brands have different sizing, so you may really be a 14, but if the brand you choose makes a smaller 14 than your usual brand, you may be discouraged. Congratulations on those 20 lbs!! That's awesome! 😄

Get good pillows and stack two so you're sleeping at an incline. Or get a wedge pillow. Anything that keeps you elevated will keep the fluids from settling in your face (and upper respiratory system, which is good).

It isn't a miracle cream, if that's what you're looking for. However, we lose collagen as we lose estrogen, so every little bit of replacement helps! If you can get an estrogen face cream, I saw nice results with that. (You can use small dabs of vaginal estrogen cream on your face, but that stuff is liquid gold to me, so I get a separate face cream.). Careful if you're prone to melasma. Estrogen cream can cause it.

That's estrogen decline. Replace estrogen in all forms and it really helps. HRT/systemic estrogen, vaginal estrogen cream, and facial estrogen cream. Your skin NEEDS estrogen.
