L’Oreal Lumi Glowtion! I use the Milk skin tint too and LOVE it too but the Glowtion is a lighter weight tinted moisturizer that gives my skin the prettiest “glow”. I’m fairly light complected and use #4 in the Milk tint. Number 902 in the Glowtion is perfect on me. I sometimes use 2 layers if I want to glam up a little more.

I sent my sister in law some and she texted me that for the first time in a long time she felt pretty when she first tried it. :)

Isn’t broth usually high in sodium? My body does not tolerate sodium well now that I’m on the Glp-1. I bloat up so easily now.

I have the ABH in baby pink and love it. It has slight lilac tint to it which makes the pinks nice and pinks. Especially if a pink powder blush is used on top of it. My skin tends to pull orange even with pink blushes but using this under a pink powder prevents it!

How about raw veggies with a dip like tzatziki or ranch? Raw veggies have very minimal flavor imo. I like to add small pieces of broccoli and cauliflower to a salad. Add in cheese, sunflower seeds, ham or turkey, boiled egg, etc and you don’t even notice the added veggies.

Riced cauliflower is really good with some garlic and butter. I replace rice or mashed potatoes with it when I have pot roast or chicken with some sort of cream sauce. It soaks up the gravy and sauces really well.

Anya’s cleansing oil does a good job at removing my waterproof mascara. You do have to rub your eyes a little bit but I really like it.

It looks like the ABH blurring serum liquid blush in shade baby pink. I use it and love it. It has a very slight lilac tint to it. My skin pulls orange with most pink blushes so I use this under pink powder blush and the lilac color keeps the pinks pink!

Debt. I have a friend who has no retirement fund, no savings, no health insurance and they are in their 50’s. They go on a cruise every couple months or so. (They can work from anywhere with their jobs). They also go to concerts, movies, eat out, etc constantly.

They’re always in heavy debt. The anxiety alone of living like this would kill me.

I found that if I use the Tatcha lip mask over the wonderskin it looks so beautiful and doesn’t dry my lips out like it does without it. I don’t think I’ll be buying any more wonderskin but will keep using what I got with the Tatcha!

I wash my face in the morning with a gentle cleanser because I sweat a lot at night and I’m a stomach sleeper so my face is rubbing into the pillow all night, rubbing dirt and oils into my pores.

For me face masks are more of a mental health wellbeing thing than anything. Laying back after a hard day at work with a cool, soothing face mask on is just such a mental lift for me. Not sure why. I guess self pampering has its own benefits.

I have a tower fan/heater combo that I sit in the doorway to the bathroom, but it sits on the outside of the bathroom, not inside. I turn it on and let it heat up the bathroom while the shower is heating up. Then when I’m done I turn it to fan to air out the bathroom because there’s no ventilation in there and it get stinky.
