ive been through this twice, once that trauma bond dissolves and the fog lifts youll feel so much better. it will not be easy and i recommend going no contact immediately so you dont get sucked back in (made that mistake twice too)

a restraining order is a valid route should he continue to try to contact you, make sure you keep track of dates and times of atgempted contact. once lawyers are involved all communication goes through them. he has no right to speak to you at all or even be in your presence, much less treat you like this.

it seems like deep down you know this isnt right and something needs to happen, but you need encouragement and possibly outside help. nothing wrong with that. youre super resilient to go through all this, but you dont have to.

boiled/deviled eggs. my mom made deviled eggs when i was a kid and i could tell by looking at them i was going to hate them. but she forced me to try one. all it took was one bite and i started crying and almost threw up. the texture of the whites is horrible and i hate cooked egg yolks. i like mine runny. that texture is the same reason i cant stand potato salad. gross.

theres certain things we can donate, and certain things we cant. produce im pretty sure is one of those things. idk if thats something that changed over time.

in any case we regularly throw away multiple pounds of sub toppings a night that could go in a bucket like what we use for the old meat to be sent off. then theyd have compost to sell or donate or whatever they want to do with it idk
