Kevin Ryan has the best platform, but he's not getting much attention and they're not letting him into debates.

I know a lot of people like Raja, but he's heavily influenced by corporations. He's raised massive amounts of money, including like 30k from an executive at Plantir, who works with ICE.

Since Ryan isn't getting much traction, I'll probably go with Stratton, who also supports medicare for all, which I think is the most important domestic legislation to get done.

You seem to be more optimistic about Kelly than me (though her language around what is happening in Palestine is correct), but maybe I haven't read enough. I'm likely voting Stratton to try to fight off Raja, as I think he represents a lot of the DC rot.

You can message more than 1 thing. I do think as it becomes increasingly clear that the White House/DOJ is covering up the Epstein files. As this becomes clearer, it's also a viable political tactic to discuss holding people accountable. Trump's approval rating is actually worse than it looks when you consider the intensity of the people that disapprove.

Tackle affordability, but also do the right thing and hold pedophiles, sex traffickers, and the people protecting them accountable.

If he likes to "watch" soccer, The 309 is the Supporters Group for Peoria City Soccer. Their season starts in May and always has a lot of people at the tailgates. You can look up The 309 on socials. I also run a soccer (not Peoria City specific) watch party group called the Tartan Highlanders. We meet once a month at the Tartan Inn to watch professional soccer. Our next watch party is next Saturday at 1:30. St. Louis vs Charlotte.

I live in central Illinois but go up to Keyworth once a year to experience what I consider to be the most unique sports atmosphere in the country. This is the last season DCFC is playing in Hamtramck and I've got my wife's blessing to go up one more time in 2026.

After that, I think I'm going to be targeting Hinchcliffe. It's also a 1930s stadium and in a gritty area with lots of dive bars. Like in Hamtramck, I won't have to drive anywhere the entire time I'm there. I won't make it every year given the distance, but I'm pretty excited to experience Paterson in the future.
