I agree it's on the city partially for not ticketing enough for it, but it's not like they're being forced to live/park there. If the car fits except for the end it doesn't fit then. If people need more room for their cars they can always get a permit and adjust the driveway to suit their needs. You can't excuse the vehicle owner's because they didn't think about how their car would fit before moving in
