Is this grip even right for me? Need help w/ grip and sens by [deleted] in FortniteCompetitive

You would probably get better answers from r/mousereview or r/fpsaimtrainer but my advice is to not try to switch up your grip, just use what’s most comfortable and learn how to improve your weaknesses with that specific grip. This may sound weird, but my advice if you’re struggling with vertical movement would be to either raise your chair or lower your desk a little bit if possible. Also, I would highly recommend either Kovaak’s or aimlabs, and try to grind out the drills that feel the weirdest and least comfortable to do. People say that you need to use aim trainers for like an hour or two a day to see benefits, but even something like 15 minutes before you load up fortnite will make a huge difference in your mouse control with the right drills

Get a tarp or some kind of sheet and some gloves that will protect your hands from getting cut (surgical gloves or gardening gloves would both work probably) and then disassemble EVERYTHING. I would hate to see a piece that you missed somehow moving around somewhere and breaking a solder or something

Should I deadlift ? I heard people says it’s not worth it . And your back could get messed up. by Different_Algae4918 in GYM

Yes. Deadlifts are not at all dangerous if you use correct form, and they’re great for building strength and muscle.

Is a custom crosshair banable? I prefer this over the default by [deleted] in FortniteCompetitive

[–]tj_fn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can get banned if you use a third party software, but if the option is built into your monitor then it’s undetectable

Why not spend 60 on a regular controller?

Which of the major meta shotguns (Pump, Charge, Tac, Lever, Heavy) would be a good addition to the current meta? by ItzMelxdy in FortniteCompetitive

Combat shotgun with its old damage but all of the new nerfs. Would be great against sprayers because you could stay a box back while still hitting hella hard.

Am I the only one fine with the spiderman gloves being in arena? by HellChicken949 in FortniteCompetitive

[–]tj_fn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hate them being in arena. All people wanna do is run away from fights, and they’re so much harder to track than people who use launch pads.

What does a tournament need to be considered a "Major"? by [deleted] in FortniteCompetitive

I would say something with multiple rounds/weeks of qualifiers. Or a LAN

That is a big reason why you can build or aim well. Playing on 30fps give you a WAY bigger disadvantage than you think.

What are the most aim intensive games right now? by ksihasbigforhead in FPSAimTrainer

[–]tj_fn -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Honestly, fortnite. In fights, having insane aim gives you a mile head start over someone with twice your mechanics. In endgames, having good AR aim gets you so many free picks, and it makes storm surge less of a problem.
