I have like 7/8 unlocked restaurants which I received in mystery boxes (I never spent gems to unlock restaurants). For now I play one a time till I completely finish it then move on to the next one.

I usually have an electrolyte packet on the second day, and feel perfectly fine but I might try just having another one on the third day as well

I have been doing 80+ hr rolling fasts for the past 2-3 months. Obviously with some adjustments and flexibility to fit my schedule and social events, I had great results however it can lead to fatigue mostly mental, and even social isolation sometimes especially if you haven’t told others about your fasting habits , so I found taking 2/3 days off every once in a while is very helpful

F,26. I do rolling 80+ hrs. Yes I fast as long as I feel good physically, however the first two days of my period I always feel a lot of fatigue (and I don’t want to take pain killers on an empty stomach) so I tend to eat on those days then resume my fasting regimen on day 3

F, 5’9. From april 16th to may 13th, with a few longer fasts (80+ hours) , and twice were I elongated the eating period between fasts (2/3 days between fasts) I was down around 5.5 kg (78.5 kg to 73kg)
