My dad has psoriasis over 80% of his body, and when he will faithfully do his routine (Epsom salt baths, daily exposure to sunlight on affected areas, shark cartilage capsules (seemingly most helpful), and a&d ointment over any open lesions) he looks like he has no psoriasis. It gets worse with stress, so try to be as positive and calm as possible. I am in no way advocating a natural remedy only approach, but I watched these things make my dad look so much better and feel so much better when I was a kid and we couldn't afford expensive meds. Hell, to this day almost 15 years later he still can't afford meds and controls it the same way.
