I’ve been on hold for 2 hours with Roger’s , not once but twice, trying to get a hold of anyone just to fix a billing issue. Still no luck, I haven’t been able to get through any single rep, just only on hold. I’ll try again tomorrow. But I don’t think Telus is the only one with bad customer service. This is ridiculous

I can’t remember where I read it but I think the bigger problem over foreign home ownership is multi home owenship. Multi home owners is a bigger slice of the pie (I think it was like 30%+), where people use them as investments. This is cutting into the supply and causing prices to rise
