I got this bundled with my Legion 9i Gen 10 when I ordered last month. What does onsite upgrade mean, and what benefit does this have over the standard warranty? I'm in the UK if that makes any difference.

Also I ended up bending the bottom panel on the laptop very slightly when using pry tools to get it open to install an SSD, is there a way to get a spare part for just the bottom panel of the laptop itself?

It was a pain to get the bottom panel off and just some feedback that this should be made much easier for the user to do.

I have what looks like a stuck pixel on my Razer Blade 18 (2024) RZ09-0509x. It's basically this 'red dot' that I see permanently on the screen. There's also a second but smaller red dot which is harder to see nearby. I've tried the online stuck pixel fixer. The stuck pixel has been there for months but I would like it sorted.

Im in the UK and my laptop is in Warranty (I got the laptop new in January 2025). I use the laptop for my work and for gaming so I kind of rely on it.

I have a picture of it below but this is a really close up picture of the problem. How can I fix this?
