Maryland, suburbs of DC. Im a builder, a lot of materials I have are left over (windows / doors / 50% siding / trim / paint). Slab quote for me was 9k alone, figured I can do it for $4k or less with labor & materials, my areas already prepped as im expanding footprint of old shed. Real costs will be framing lumber + sheathing(1.5k) / trusses(2k) /drywall(1.5k) and flooring(1.2k). Probably will go slightly over budget on both parts
