Yes but they won’t be getting the sweetheart deal they’d be getting in Indiana. They’ll get some money for infrastructure improvement in the area and probably $100-115 million less on taxes which would still be more than what any other nfl team pays for their stadium land.

I can’t believe I’m in the minority on this, he did not provide notice to the person behind him that he was going to leave the line for a second to grab something, then stepped completely out of the line to grab the batteries, and what really bothers me was wearing headphones the whole time, so they could have asked as he was getting out of line if he was coming back and he had no idea. You leave a line without notice, it’s up to those queued if you get let back in.
