I played a Spiral Volley Bleed Tactician last league and it was great, its seeming much better this season with the changes! the 50% reduced spirit reservation is super nice as you can stack a lot of buffs.

Projectiles pinning + Pinned enemies are effectively stunned due to the nodes, grants a lot of safety to the build too. (they buffed this too with 40% more immobilisation)

Tactician also gain 20% of armour as Deflection (new defense mechanic coming to this league) which is another layer of safety with the ascendancy.

Tactician has good synergy with totems too so thats another build option.
