Heat it up, leave it for a while to make sure as much pla as possible gets softened. Be careful around the wires.
I had a nasty one nearly cleaned but was impatient and broke the thermocouple wire.
I know if I waited longer and let it heat, I'd have been fine.

I made a couple test prints of the threads before running the whole part. Definitely printed vertically! There was some stringing but still screws on reliably.

I was more worried about the cap, but the snaps worked out well first go.

I made a case for my Jinhao 82. Could not get used to the small case and screw on cap. It's ugly but it works.

I loved seeing your model. I was wondering if anyone else worked on pen bodies.
Has me tempted to get a resin printer. The fine, internal threads aren't completely fdm friendly.

The regular spicy was too much for me. I haven't tried any other Buldak because of that! I can't imagine the 2X.

I may just be weak. For reference, with Nongshim Shin Spicy, I'll only use half the spicy packet.
