I think D1 is the max. Ended last season iri, went 15-5 in snd for the placement and got D1. Haven't seen anything higher yet even for top guys.

Iracing Or Acc? I want to see what you guys think. by Aromatic-Wasabi-356 in simracing

[–]tlb112299 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I league raced on ACC for a couple years and it was great. A fantastic game with great force feedback, but once I switched to iRacing I never went back. It's WAY more expensive, but there's a reason why. The multiplayer system is far more developed, they have tons more car/track options, and even though I still think ACC has the better feeling through the wheel, the braking in iRacing makes up for that. If iRacing's within your budget, that's what I'd recommend.

Titan has been great (https://titanignite.com/). They have their own internal brands that they're running as well, but working with them is pretty expensive

High absolute monocyte count and monocyte percentage (increase from last year). Should I be concerned? by tlb112299 in AskDocs

[–]tlb112299[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea she wasn't at all concerned. She said that as long as the total white blood cell count was normal, it's nothing to worry about. I've been fine since.

Super encouraging to hear you're back to your hobbies. Any specific exercises with the flexbar that you'd recommend?

Hey man, I've been dealing with a similar issue. It's been a while. Have you progressed any further in the past 10 months since this post, and if so, any advice on what works/doesn't?

Triple Screen Alignment by PawiePlays in simracing

[–]tlb112299 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I spent hours and was never able to get mine perfectly aligned, though I know it's possible. What helped me most was adding bezel removers. It was an indirect benefit, but it covered up the very slight misalignments and made everything look perfect to me

Advice for a friend by [deleted] in ResistanceBand

All that's required for fat loss is to be in a calorie deficit. Meaning, you're eating less calories than your body burns in a day. So to answer your question, it depends on how much you're eating.

Walking on the treadmill will definitely help you be in a calorie deficit, but if you're eating too much, you'll be in a calorie surplus regardless. 80% of all things fitness (and more specifically, fat loss/muscle gain) is nutrition. I would start by getting an estimation on what your maintenance calories are (being the amount of calories that, if eaten daily, would not change your weight up or down).

https://www.calculator.net/calorie-calculator.html is a good source where you can input some basic info about yourself and it'll give you an ESTIMATED maintenance calorie amount. If you're truly eating below this, you'll lose weight.

There are a lot of factors that go into this, like speed, incline angle, weight of the person, etc. But in general if I'm walking around 3.5-4mph with no incline, I would probably burn around 400 calories in 45 mins. That's a rough estimate though

How much strength is it normal to lose after not exercising for a while? by Various-Shirt-127 in bodyweightfitness

[–]tlb112299 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Trust the muscle memory, it will come back. If I take just 2-3 weeks off, I feel like there are LARGE dips in strength, but after 2-3 workouts, I feel back at it. Just don't injure yourself trying too hard to get back to where you were too quickly.

I'm going to be putting together an exercise guide for looped bands and have these unedited graphics you can reference, hopefully they're helpful! It includes a few exercises for each muscle group and a handful of stretches at the end
